OddRune is research and information software. It reads public prediction-market data from venues such as Polymarket and Kalshi and presents ranked observations — a market’s implied probability alongside our own documented heuristic (“our read”) — for your information only.

OddRune is not a broker, dealer, exchange, sportsbook, prediction market, or money-services business. We do not accept, hold, transmit, or place wagers or funds; we do not take custody of any assets; and we do not execute, route, or settle any trade or bet on your behalf. Nothing on OddRune is an offer to buy or sell anything.

All content — including “our read,” edge scores, whale-flow signals, the track record, and any figures shown — is for general informational and educational purposes and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice and not a recommendation to enter any transaction. Prediction markets and speculative trading carry a real risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any activity you undertake on any third-party venue.

Any bankroll, profit-and-loss, or performance figure shown on OddRune is paper (simulated) and informational. Past results — including our published track record — do not guarantee future outcomes. Numbers are derived from public market data and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to view prediction-market information in your jurisdiction. Prediction markets and related activity are restricted or prohibited in some places. It is your responsibility to determine what is lawful where you are and to comply. OddRune does not facilitate access to any venue and takes no position on your eligibility to use one.

Paid access to the full board is sold and billed through Whop, our third-party commerce provider. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Whop’s terms and your subscription settings there. Unlocking a device grants informational access to the full board; it confers no wagering rights and no financial product.

Links to Polymarket, Kalshi, or other venues are provided for convenience. Those venues are independent and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or the resolution of any market.

OddRune is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PattenLABS and OddRune are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
